In my effort to experiment with my culture and blend my style with popular paintings, I used "Fallen Angel" by Alexandre Cabanel as inspiration to create my own interpretation of the piece. As someone who is non-religious, I decided to use imagery from my cultures folklore as the fallen angel instead.
